This
is a rotary system where filling scales are placed onto; ensures
speed and convenience in cylinder filling process; manufactured to
suit all types of LPG cylinders, manufactured with 12, 18, 24, 30 or
36 scales depending on the required filling capacity .
Is located in the center of
carousel, centers carousel to ensure its rotation around its axis.
Moreover ensures reach of gas and air from the facility to the
collectors feeding filling scales. Gas inlet is at the top, air
inlet is at the bottom to ensure easy maintenance and installation.
Carousel wheel
Carousel rests on these
wheels for rotation, height is adjustable, wheels are manufactured
from cast polyamide (kestamide), wear resistant plastic material.
Carousel drive unit (variator)
Used to rotate the carousel.
Power is selected to suit the size of the carousel.
Automatic carousel entry mechanism
Pushes the cylinders on the
conveyor to the filling scales automatically and provides saving in
time and manpower.
Forced ventilation system
Concentration of gas due to gas leaks during gas
filling process should be avoided and accumulated gas should be
removed with natural and forced ventilation. Suction of the gas is
maintained with the fan through the ducts with the vents under the
carousel and removed through a funnel.
